Your wallet, your method There is no single route to proving your age. Here are all the ones espuni supports, with what each reveals and what it needs. We flag the one that fits the device you are reading this on.
Zero-knowledge proof Prove you're of age without stating your age What it reveals Nothing. Even the «yes» doesn't leave your wallet as a value: it leaves as a mathematical proof that the condition holds. What it needs A wallet with an age credential, on this same phone. Age credential, in the browser No QR: the browser talks to your wallet What it reveals One value: over 18, yes or no. What it needs Chrome 130 or later with a wallet installed. Age credential, by QR The one that works anywhere What it reveals One value: over 18, yes or no. What it needs Any browser and a wallet on your phone. EUDI Wallet PID Age from your identity document What it reveals Only the age attribute. The rest of the document — name, date of birth, number — never leaves the wallet. What it needs A wallet holding a PID from a country that included the age attribute, such as Germany, and that does not require recognised access and registration certificates: ours are test material and no real wallet accepts them yet. Google Wallet A different ecosystem, a different trust root What it reveals One value, same as the ones above. What it needs An ID Pass in Google Wallet. They exist in the UK, US, Brazil, India, Singapore and Taiwan; none issued by an EU member state yet.
